"The Deception of A Civilization And The Regression of Reason"

“When you observe the world you see people, you see houses, you see the sky, you see tangible objects; but when you observe yourself within, you see moving images–a world of images, generally known as fantasies. Yet these fantasies are facts. You see, it is a fact that the man has such and such a fantasy, and it is such a tangible fact, for instance, that when a man has a certain fantasy, another man may lose his life, or a bridge is built–these houses were all fantasies. Everything you do here, all of the houses, everything, was fantasy to begin with, and fantasy has a proper reality. That is not to be forgotten; fantasy is not nothing. It is, of course, not a tangible object, but it is a fact, nevertheless. It is, you see, a form of energy, despite the fact that we can’t measure it. It is a manifestation of something, and that is a reality. That is just a reality. As for instance, the peace treaty of Versailles, or something like that. It is no more–you can’t show it, but it has been a fact. And so psychical events are facts, are realities; and when you observe the stream of images within, you observe an aspect of the world, of the world within.” – Carl Jung, from “Jung on Elementary Psychology: A Discussion between C. G. Jung and Richard I. Evans,” pg. 190.
"Washington’s embrace of irrationality in its standoff with Iran cannot be attributed solely to its alliance with the extremist state of Israel. America’s dangerous obsession with Iran began before Israel’s constant barrage of threats against Iran. If Israel’s influence over America’s Iran policy was so mighty then what explains America’s decision to illegally overthrow the democratically elected Iranian government in 1953, its covert sponsorship of Ayatollah Khomeini in 1979 as Iran’s revolutionary Messiah, and its full support for Saddam Hussein’s criminal invasion of Iran in 1980?
The Evil Empire in Washington, controlled and managed by international banks and multinational corporations, has been Iran’s biggest threat for the last sixty years. Israel is new to the scene of the conflict between the West and Iran.
I’m not sidelining Israel’s maniacal leaders to the fringes of history, but to place the blame only on them for the current crisis and turn Netanyahu into a scapegoat is a simplistic assessment of the situation. I hate scapegoating because it is a spiritual form of lying. I think Netanyahu is a two-faced clown, which is why he doesn’t scare me. What scares me is the cultish transnational establishment behind him and President Obama who manipulate the public psyches and collective imaginations of entire nations for evil ends.
Israel has gone mad, clearly. Its erratic leadership’s sense of messianic mission is crazy, but why does the leadership of the United States and other Western governments pile on Israel’s madness by going along with its every move? Could it be that the secular government in Washington is led by even crazier and more apocalyptic fanatics than the religious governments in Israel and Iran?
As long as Washington guards the 9/11 myth with its propaganda power, it will be on a continuous war footing with the Muslim world, especially Iran, whose currency is collapsing because of U.S. policy. Did Israel cause this newest misery upon the people of Iran? No, Washington did.
If left alone, the Iranian people, half of whom are young, will eventually change the regime and give Iran a new lease on life. Threats, sanctions, cyber attacks, and assassinations of nuclear scientists do not help anyone but the militaristic and totalitarian Mullahs.
It is falsely claimed that one of the reasons for the economic sanctions by the United States against Iran is to weaken the Iranian dictatorship and thereby facilitate the peaceful efforts of democratic transformation within Iran. But sanctions will never achieve this U.S. goal, and it isn’t even meant to because the sanctions were specifically designed to provoke an Iranian Pearl Harbor. Plus, the nature of the current Iranian regime is not the problem that America has with Iran. America’s problem with Iran is Iran itself. Washington wants to rule Iran, the Middle East, and the world. And in its arrogant quest for world hegemony it has undermined the institutions of international law, violated the rights of numerous sovereign nations, and supported terrorist groups like Al-Qaeda.
The solution to the American-Iranian conflict is clear: America must let Iran be. The deranged U.S. empire has messed with Iran’s internal development and national evolution for over half a century. No Iranian regime, Islamic or otherwise, would be staunchly pro-American in the future because of Washington’s long record of criminal abuse and cynical mistreatment of Iran.
Don’t get me wrong, I think a restoration of ties between the two countries is necessary and inevitable, and it would benefit both societies, but Washington is a leopard that is unlikely to change its spots for the foreseeable future. In 2003, Iran offered America the Grand Bargain, but Washington rejected the proposal of peace, and is offering Iran in return the Grand War.
War is all Washington knows. The madmen in Washington abandoned the course of diplomacy in the Middle East and the world on September 11, 2001, when they cold-bloodedly murdered 3,000 innocent Americans with Israeli spies looking on with smiles on their faces and dancing in the grieving streets of New York. That shocking event showed us that the vast social and political network of the military-industrial-congressional-financial-media complex has lost sight of reality and does not recognize neither external nor internal limits to its power.
Speaking reason to Washington is fruitless at this point. I will not go so far as to say that it is beyond redemption, but the word forgiveness certainly doesn’t exist in my vocabulary.”- http://beforeitsnews.com/
